What is brain drain?
Everybody knows what is brain drain, brain drain is a
process in which intelligent and wise peoples travel to other locations where
they can get better salaries and better future prospects.
The intelligent and wise people travel to other cities and
even other countries where they get good jobs, good business opportunities and
better life.
Up to this point everything is all right, it is ok, no
problem, but problem comes when the effects of brain drain starts showing their
results.
What are the bad effects of brain drain?
The bad effects of brain drain are not present in the
locations where the wise people lives, but the effects of brain drain are present
in those locations and countries from where the wise and intelligent peoples
came.
The bad effects starts showing up in those countries to
which the wise people abandoned.
The good effects of brain drain are in the locations where
the wise peoples presently reside, but the bad effects are highly pronounced in
those locations to which the wise peoples have abandoned, this is because in
those locations only less wise and less intelligent peoples are in majority day
by day, day by day the intelligent peoples leave those location one after
another and only less and less intelligent peoples are left behind in those
locations.
In the past the phenomena of brain drain has occurred. In those
times intelligent peoples, architects, doctors, engineers, military generals and philosophers and poets and preachers of religions all migrated to prosperous
countries, and mentally retarded type of peoples remained in their native
locations.
Those less intelligent people remained in their native
countries and they formed the majority population, 99.99 % of those populations
are less intelligent, because each and every intelligent persons from those
locations preferred to migrate, in those time of past history there were
famines, battles and diseases, therefore people tried to migrate towards
prosperous countries of the world.
Those peoples who remained in their native countries formed
their governments and we should not expect from them anything wise and
excellent.
